As a pivotal contributor to Club Med’s inaugural ski resort in China, our team played an instrumental role in both the F+B concept development and foodservice design of the property. The project involved a comprehensive redesign and rebranding of an existing local ski resort, with a focus on introducing new F+B concepts that align with Club Med’s all-inclusive ethos.

The resort now boasts a multifaceted all-day dining venue, designed to cater to diverse culinary tastes, as well as a specialty hot pot restaurant that serves as a culinary gateway to the rich flavors of Northern China. Both dining experiences have been meticulously crafted to offer guests an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
