The Radisson Blu Uluwatu, Bali’s inaugural property for Radisson, stands as a flagship for the brand in the Asia Pacific region. With the ambition to create a standout destination, We were enlisted to shape the property’s food and beverage concepts, working in collaboration with the award-winning interior designer Andy Hall from MQStudio to develop two remarkable restaurants and three enticing bars, each with its own unique flair:

ARTICHOKE A pan-Asian restaurant that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Indonesia and beyond. Guests can indulge in a diverse menu of both local and international dishes, all masterfully prepared in three visually stunning theatre kitchens.

FILINI A true taste of Italy in Bali, Filini offers an authentic Italian dining experience. The restaurant’s open kitchen, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven and grill, invites guests to witness the art of Italian cooking firsthand.

RESORT BARS The property’s three bars provide a tropical oasis for guests to unwind and savor. From innovative cocktails to freshly made juices and healthful elixirs, the bars’ offerings are complemented by an inventive tapas menu.
